The 11-story building will feature 39 apartments, including two penthouse with floor-to-ceiling windows, and from the view of some of the model apartments, you can see the High Line and West Chelsea down below.

The living room opens to a private balcony that overlook the High Line and a 2,500-square-foot sculpture garden. The apartments will range from about 1,700 to 6,600 square feet, with two to five-bedroom layouts. All of the ceiling will stretch around 10 feet high.

Moreover, the building also will include a parade for entertainment venues, including an automated car garage, which automatically opens the door when detecting the residents arrive by notifying the garage via key for.

Through the lobby, there will be a private IMAX theater that has a capacity of 12 people. The purpose is to show films at the same time they premiere in theatres. In addition, there will be a private spa, high quality fitness center, and a huge swimming pool. The building will also feature four elevators, which is unusual for NYC apartments, which run next to each other in two elevator shafts, so residents will not waste time on waiting.
An artistic rendering of Zaha Hadid's (the first woman and Muslim to win the Pritzker Prize, who changed architecture forever with her futuristic buildings) newest building that borders the High Line in West Chelsea, this 135-foot-tall building is located at 520 West 28th Street on Manhattan's far west side, which is two blocks away from Hudson Yards.

Hadid's designs most symbolic characteristic is her obsession for curved buildings, many of which featured geometric forms, and 520 West Street is no exception. The stainless metal exterior wraps around to form an L-shape. To create these curves, each panel of cladding was laser-cut.

ZAHA HADID'S BUILDING

Another remarkable thing is that residents who live here won't have to breathe normal city air. Before they move in, NYC's dirty air will be filtered four times in every apartment, which is a small detail considering the price. The building itself will be impressive and have a visual impact, but so is the neighborhood that surrounds it. When you go to visit this building, don't forget to visit also the Chelsea Market, the Hudson River running trail, the Whitney Museum and the numerous shops, bars, and restaurants that are only a few blocks away.

Obviously, something so marvelous has a high cost. Prices for the apartments range from $4.9 million for two-bedroom apartment to $50 million for the largest penthouse. But sincerely, after seeing photos of this building and its functions, maybe it can become the motivation for some people's life to work hard and earn money. Are you motivated?
